Welcome to HandyWork Home Services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.Services Provided
HandyWork Home Services provides residential, commercial, and rental property repair, maintenance, and improvement services. This may include handyman work, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, moving and delivery services, and mobile repair services.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions arise. Final pricing will reflect actual labor, materials, and time required.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, card ECT. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or scheduling conflicts may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
6. Materials
Materials may be supplied by either the customer or HandyWork Home Services. We are not responsible for defects or delays related to customer supplied materials.
7. Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time frame so they can be addressed. This does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original service.
8. Limitations of Liability
HandyWork Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues that are not visible at the time of service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Safety and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
10. Mobile Equipment Repair
Mobile Repair services are limited to accessible, safe working conditions. We are not responsible for additional damage due to pre-existing mechanical issues or equipment failure beyond the scope of the repair.
11. Moving and Delivery Services
While care is taken during transportation, HandyWork Home Services is not responsible for damage due to improperly packed items, pre-existing damage, or items not suitable for transport.
12. Agreement
By accepting services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
